"Candice" is as broke as they come! She'll teach anyone how to ride! Candice first career was as a reining horse and the last decade she has spent teaching one kid after another to ride. She is super and the local shows, she has done SHOT and 4H and also trial rides and rides in town great! Super easy keeper, lives outside. Is priced according to that she requires corrective shoeing. Otherwise she is easy as they come, stays ft on air, happy inside the barn or outside, and gets along with everyone. You can turn her out a year and grab her and go use her and enjoy her. You have to come sit on this one to appreciate her, she is SO cool and SO trained!!! We don't get to offer THIS much knowledge in this price range very often, so don't miss out on her! Candice was just shod, her teeth were just done by an equine dentist, she was just to the chiro, and she was just power packed wormed.

WE SELL 75% of our horses, site un-seen, to regular, repeat buyers around the world.
We encourage potential buyers to please come and try our sale horses in person - we would love to meet you and your family, and we enjoy selling our horses in person, through sales appointments.
Our time available for sales appointments during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited.
However, we have many hours blocked off every week that are dedicated for private individual sales appointments. All of these regular hours during the week, are staffed and available full-time, and these appointment hours are all provided for free, at no additional charge to buyers. We are also sometimes available on evenings and weekends for sales appointments, appointments in the evening and on the weekend, do require an up-front booking fee which applies to your purchase.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

For appointment requests in the evening, and on the weekends, we do require a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, which applies towards your purchase.
With a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, we will try our best to accommodate your request to purchase a horse outside of our regular sales appointment hours - however, not in all cases are we able to accommodate all requests that are outside of our normal hours.
