"Candice" - 15H, 14 year old sorrel grade quarter horse mare
"Candice" is as broke as they come! She'll teach anyone how to ride! Candice first career was as a reining horse and the last decade she has spent teaching one kid after another to ride. She is super and the local shows, she has done SHOT and 4H and also trial rides and rides in town great! Super easy keeper, lives outside. Is priced according to that she requires corrective shoeing. Otherwise she is easy as they come, stays ft on air, happy inside the barn or outside, and gets along with everyone. You can turn her out a year and grab her and go use her and enjoy her. You have to come sit on this one to appreciate her, she is SO cool and SO trained!!! We don't get to offer THIS much knowledge in this price range very often, so don't miss out on her! This one will teach you more than most can, SO BROKE! Come see her and ride her in person if you can!
Candice was just shod, her teeth were just done by an equine dentist, she was just to the chiro, and she was just power packed wormed.

WE SELL 75% of our horses, site un-seen, to regular, repeat buyers around the world.
We encourage potential buyers to please come and try our sale horses in person - we would love to meet you and your family, and we enjoy selling our horses in person, through sales appointments.
We have many hours blocked off every week that are dedicated for private individual sales appointments. All of these regular hours during the week, are staffed and available full-time, and these appointment hours are all provided for free, at no additional charge to a buyer that requires and appointment to make a purchase decision.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

WE DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR SALES APPOINTMENTS BOOKED IN OUR REGULAR HOURS
Our time available for sales appointments during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited. We regularly sell at sales on the weekends, we have many family events, and we all compete in events over the weekend.
However, we can be available on evenings and weekends for sales appointments!
An evening or weekend appointment, requires us paying our already well-paid staff, overtime pay and also requires a lot of extra coordination.
We currently cover this additional expense, for free, at no additional cost to our buyers. However, in order to book someone for an after-hours sales appointment, we do require an up-front (non-refundable) $500 booking fee, which of course applies to your purchase.
We do NOT require an up-front deposit to book an appointment during all of our regular hours!
We will try our best to accommodate your request to purchase a horse on the evening or the weekend, with a non-refundable $500 booking fee - however, not in all cases are we able to accommodate all requests that are outside of our normal hours.
