 The horse facility that this home is located on, does have a covered roundpen, large arena, large roundpen, square pen, large arena, and walker...that could be used (with first use priority given to primary renter of the show barn and the horse facility)...there are four different arenas and always an empty one - lots of places to ride.

The property backs up to hiking trails and is a mile from trail head that goes to Fort Worth and the Chisolm Trails.  Gorgeous part of the world, in premier horse country.

The facility this home is located on has a walker, a covered roundpen, a large 150X 300 ' arena and a large roundpen and a square pen both with lights,...that can all be used by a tenant with horses.  (the show barn is off-limits unless you rent it, priority use of the arenas are given to the renter of the show barn.  However there are 4 arenas and multiple are always empty and available for use at any time.  The arenas are all worked weekly.

Property backs up to hiking trails and is a mile from large trail head that goes to Fort Worth and the Chisolm Trails.  Gorgeous part of the world, in premier horse country.
