"Soda Pop" - 14.1H, 15 year old bay grade quarter horse mare
If you are looking for a horse your kiddos can just grab on their own, saddle up, stuff all their random stuff in their saddle bags, and take off on their imaginary adventures, then this is your horse! She may not be a whole lot to look at, but she is solid and good as gold! She loves going out all over on the trail - she will ride over your property 40 times in circles and never complain and go whatever speed she is asked to go and then go right back to a relaxed walk every time. She has a super nice little classic old-school “hobby horse” lope on her, good brakes on “whoa” and she neck reins and guides around very simple and uncomplicated on a loose rein. She lives just as happy outside as she does in the barn, is always friendly and easy to catch. Very sweet and peaceful on the ground, and easy to handle, groom, lead, tie, saddle, and bridle. Stands dead quiet for mount and dismount. She hops right on the trail, and is just as relaxed and easy riding out alone as she is in a group. She has also been to a few local events, parades, and playdays. We do not get tons of these affordable starter horses, we do not have ones that are this easy and broke in this price range every week - so don't miss her!
Soda Pop was just trimmed last week ago, just had her teeth done by an equine dentist last week, has her ears treated for ticks, and was also power packed wormed. She is great to shoe, but has exceptionally good feet and goes well barefoot. She will arrive at her new home up-to-date and ready to go to work!

Only 25% of our horses are sold through an in-person sales appointment.

Even though in person sales appointments are only a small portion of our sales, we love selling horses in person! We are staffed full time, year- round, throughout the week, to accommodate all of our buyers who require an in person sales appointment to finalize their purchase decision.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday
at: 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
** IF THE HEAT INDEX is over 95, sales appointments are booked at 5AM, 7AM, and 9AM**
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

Please consider booking an intro lesson or a block of lessons, instead of a sales appointment, if you are not immediately ready to purchase.
Sales appointments during the Holidays, evenings, and over the weekends - are EXTREMELY limited.
Most weekends we are either at a horse sale, at a clinic, booked with lessons, at a competition, or we are at a family event.
A holiday, evening, or weekend appointment, costs us more out of our pocket - than an appointment that is scheduled during our regular staffed hours, and after hour appointments also regular a lot of extra coordination.
To be able to offer an after-hours sales appointment~ we do require an up-front (non-refundable) $500 booking fee, which of course applies to your purchase.
We do NOT require an up-front deposit to book an appointment to purchase during all of our regular hours!
