This guy is cute, brave, handy & full of personality! If you're looking for an adorable young gelding with a great mind, a solid start, and all kinds of potential, Rowdy deserves a look! Rowdy is a super cute, 14-hand, grade gray Quarter Horse gelding with the sweetest head, softest eye, adorable little ears, and the cutest feathered feet! He has tons of expression, personality, and eye appeal. He's nicely made, easy to get along with, and has all the ingredients to mature into a really nice little horse. Rowdy has a good foundation and has spent plenty of time outside getting real-world miles under his belt. He's brave, bold, and confident out on the trails, enjoys having a job, and is happy to head out and see new country. He's also been used a little in the turnback pen and has been lightly introduced to the flag and he likes it! He's showing promise and is ready for someone to take him in whatever direction they choose! Whether you're looking for a ranch prospect, a little cow horse, a trail partner, or a versatile all-around gelding to develop, Rowdy has a lot to offer. Rowdy is still green and would be best suited for a confident, capable rider who enjoys bringing along a young horse. He's not ready for a beginner or timid rider, but for someone with the experience to continue his education, he could be a fun and rewarding project. He has a great start, plenty of outside experience, and is ready for someone to continue building on that foundation. One of our favorite things about Rowdy is how well he handles time off. He's been very consistent about coming back to work after a break and being the same horse you left off with. He's easy to have around, and lives happily turned out with a group of geldings without any fuss or drama. He's an easy keeper with great, solid feet and has been extremely sound for us. He's currently barefoot, had his teeth done last month, and has a fresh Coggins, so he's ready to load up and head to his next home! Rowdy is the kind of cute, good-minded young gelding that could be a whole lot of fun for the right person. He's got the looks, the personality, the outside miles, and a foundation to build on.

**When the heat index is over 95 (July/August) our daily sales appointment times move to 5AM, 7AM, and 9AM **

75% of our sale horses are successfully sold to buyers who do not require an appointment to make a purchase decision.
75% of our sales are sight-unseen to excellent repeat or referred buyers worldwide,
~ However 25% of our sales, are horses that are sold through an in-person sales appointment ~
We are staffed throughout the week, full-time, year-round to accommodate all of our buyers who require an in person sales appointment to be able to make a purchase decision.
Sales appointments are for serious buyers, buyers who intend to purchase at their sales appointment only.
We love selling horses in person through private sales appointments.
Please be respectful of our time and only book a sales appointment if you are currently immediately prepared to make a purchase, and plan to make a purchase at your appointment.
…If you are just starting to look, are looking to buy in the future, or are not sure yet of what you are looking for and just want to look - we would still absolutely love to help you in your buying journey. Please consider booking an intro lesson or a block of lessons, instead of a sales appointment, if you are not immediately ready to purchase.
WEEKEND OR EVENING APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:
~ In some cases, we can become available on evenings and weekends for sales appointments!
We require a $500 non-refundable up front fee, (which of-course, applies towards your purchase) for any weekend or evening appointments.
Our time available for sales appointments during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited.
Most weekends we are either at a horse sale, at a clinic, booked with lessons, at a competition, at a family event.
….or we are at multiple, or all of the above.
An evening or weekend appointment, does require us paying our staff, overtime pay.
An after hours appointment also requires a lot of extra coordination outside our regular work hours.
We currently cover this additional expense ourselves, at no additional cost to our buyers.
However, in order to be able to scheduled a buyer for an after-hours sales appointment ~ we do require an up-front (non-refundable) $500 booking fee, which of course applies to your purchase.
We do NOT require an up-front deposit to book an appointment during all of our regular hours!
