"Jalapeno” passed his pre-sale vet exam with FLYING COLORS!!! ~ don't miss out on this one!
He rides just like a big horse, but he is a very comfortable and confidence building height - he is comfy, cozy to sit on and makes anyone feel at ease. He has taught many riders to ride and is as solid as they come! He is just the perfect height, a smooth mover - and very stout made. Super fancy mover and jumper and he spent the first half of his life in the pony hunter ring. His last rider just did local shows and dressage and tons of clinics and trail rides. He has been to the beach, the mountains, and also in many parades and trips to town. We have used him in our lesson program and he is the same horse, every single time. Super tolerant of anything you throw at him. TOTAL PACKER!!! A saint over fences both in the ring and cross country. The kids have played this weird soccer/football game combination with boys on the ground and girls on horses, many times this fall during football season - and he literally has zero cares to give about all their nonsense and shenanigans. He stands tied, is good for the vet and the farrier, loves a bath, easy to load and haul, saddle, bridle, and stands dead still for mount and dismount.
Jalapeno was just shod 2 weeks ago, but has spent most of his life barefoot and has great feet! His teeth were just done by an equine dentist last month, and he also had his sheath cleaned and was also power packed wormed at that time. If his new owner prefers him to be barefoot, then we can have his shoes pulled and feet freshly trimmed prior to him leaving for his new home.
He will arrive at her new home up to date and ready to go to work!

We encourage potential buyers to please come and try sale horses in person - we would love to meet you and your family, and we enjoy selling our horses in person, privately, through sales appointments.
Our time available during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited. However, we have many hours blocked off every week that are dedicated for private individual sales appointments - all of these hours are staffed, and are provided for free, at no additional charge to potential buyers.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
DURING THE EXTREME HEAT (heat index over 95), sales appointments hours move to 5AM, 7AM, and 9AM.
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

We do require a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, which applies towards your purchase, for any sales appointment requests outside of our normal sale appointment times (evenings and weekends). With a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, we will try our best to accommodate your request to purchase a horse outside of our regular sales appointment hours - however, not in all cases are we able to accommodate all requests that are outside of our normal hours.
We do not require a non-refundable booking fee (or any payment) for sales appointments that are scheduled within our many regularly scheduled appointment hours during the week.
