"Zee" - 14.3H, 2009' sorrel AQHA mare
If you are wanting your kid to ask if they can go ride their horse, …and not ask if they can go play their x-box…then you need this mare. This is the only horse I've ever allowed my baby girl to ride out in the wide open, outside of an arena, with her bridle OFF and only a string around her neck. She is SOLID, a saint of a horse - she is as absolutely pure and as honest as they come “Zee” is a joy to be around, a doll that anyone who gets in contact with can not help but adore for her precious personality and always kind demeanor. This girl is a trained soldier that literally never puts a foot wrong - but still has a ton of sweet fun personality, a total lover, and an in your pocket pet. A joy to be around - everyone at the place absolutely adores this mare. She is trained to “smile” on cue…she is always first one to you when you go out to the pasture, and she aways has a very friendly, but extremely polite and well mannered attitude. She is a trained finished seasoned reiner and has been shown successfully by youth riders. Exceptionally broke and still very simple to ride - rides just off of your seat and legs. Rachel loves doing "no-hands" with this one - she makes riding fun and easy. This mare makes any rider no matter their experience feel like a horseman and want to learn and ride well. She is an exceptional confidence builder, very smooth gaits, extraordinary smooth trot and lope - absolutely NO nonsense and solid as they come. Also is an excellent all-around horse, loves to push cows, and is great outside and on the trail. She has near perfect ground manners, easy for anyone to handle, saddle, bridle, and groom - hops right on the trail every time and stands tied quietly anywhere. She loves to go to town and is confident out alone or riding with a group of horses. Will be a great brood mare and an excellent mama, if anybody wanted to make some babies - she's got a really nice set of papers to do so. Zee was just shod two weeks ago, just had her teeth done by an equine dentist last week, she had her ears treated for ticks, and was also power packed wormed. She will arrive at her new home up-to-date and ready to go to work!

We have excellent repeat buyers worldwide, buyers who do not require an appointment to make a purchase decision.
Only 25% of our horses are sold through an in-person sales appointment.

We love selling horses in person, even though it is a small percent of our revenue - we are staffed throughout the week full-time and year-round for in person sales appointments, to accommodate all of our buyers who require an in person sales appointment to make a purchase decision.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

Sales appointments are for serious buyers who are currently ready to buy, and intend to purchase at their sales appointment. We love selling horses in person through private sales appointments, however, our two hour sales appointments, cost us approximately $500 per appointment. Please be respectful of our time and only book a sales appointment if you are prepared to make a purchase at your appointment. If you are just starting to look, are looking to buy in the future, or are not sure yet of what you are looking for and just want to look - we would still absolutely love to help you in your buying journey. Please consider booking an intro lesson or a block of lessons, instead of a sales appointment, if you are not immediately ready to purchase.
Our time available for sales appointments during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited.
Most weekends we are either at a horse sale, at a clinic, booked with lessons, at a competition, or we are at a family event.
However, in some cases, we can be available on evenings and weekends for sales appointments!
An evening or weekend appointment, does require us paying our already well-paid staff, overtime pay - an after hours appointment also requires a lot of extra coordination outside our regular work hours.
We currently cover this additional expense ourselves, at no additional cost to our buyers.
However, in order to book someone for an after-hours sales appointment~ we do require an up-front (non-refundable) $500 booking fee, which of course applies to your purchase.
We do NOT require an up-front deposit to book an appointment to purchase during all of our regular hours!
