"Sparky" - 15H, 14 year old bay and white grade paint gelding
"Sparky" is the one we grab when we need one for the oldest, the youngest, or the zero experience rider. He is the tried and true guest horse. For nearly 5 years he has been with one family, turned out, and toting their most precious cargo a handful of times a year. He has been borrowed to a local lesson program for summer camps several times, and he's been in countless parades and trips to town, he's even been a part of small production and he is the one they picked to put the models and actors on that had never ever been on a horse. If you are looking for a sweet horse to be your personal pet, or a family horse for everyone, this is your guy. He rides english and western, and he absolutely LOVES to jump. He would be perfect for a lady or a young kid that wants to play around at the entry level dressage or hunter/jumper shows, do pony club, or the low key social fox hunts. He is a trooper, no-nonsense ever, and just the right size for many riders. He has been used for the tiniest little 3 year old kids, and grandpa a retired sports star who is 6'6! He is great on the ground, easy to catch, lead stands tied, quiet to saddle and to bridle, and stands dead still for you to get on and off of him. He LOVES getting on the trailer and hops right in, he seems to genuinely enjoy going to new places!!!

Sparky is up to date on all cares, was just looked over by our vet, has been seen by our equine chiro, and had his teeth done by the vet, he was trimmed by the farrier just this past week, and he was just power packed wormed. He will arrive to his new home up to date and ready to go to work!

We encourage potential buyers to please come and try sale horses in person - we would love to meet you and your family, and we enjoy selling our horses in person, privately, through sales appointments.
Our time available during the evenings and over the weekends, is EXTREMELY limited. However, we have many hours blocked off every week that are dedicated for private individual sales appointments - all of these hours are staffed, and are provided for free, at no additional charge to potential buyers.
We typically book sales appointments every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, and 1PM.
DURING THE EXTREME HEAT (heat index over 95), sales appointments hours move to 5AM, 7AM, and 9AM.
We are often fully booked 24-48 hours out.

We do require a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, which applies towards your purchase, for any sales appointment requests outside of our normal sale appointment times (evenings and weekends). With a non-refundable $1,000 booking fee, we will try our best to accommodate your request to purchase a horse outside of our regular sales appointment hours - however, not in all cases are we able to accommodate all requests that are outside of our normal hours.
We do not require a non-refundable booking fee (or any payment) for sales appointments that are scheduled within our many regularly scheduled appointment hours during the week.
